CHANGES FOR BORDER2:
Moved invulnerability to blue rather than yellow.
Removed Gren2's.
Immigrants may jump in tunnel only from building (made road trigger somewhat larger).
Added ammo_rockets=+20 on spawn for MiB and BP.

CHANGES FOR BORDER1:
Truck moves somewhat faster.
Blue scores 1 teamscore per frag.
Green and Yellow get 10 teamscore from escaping.
No longer lose 1 kill because of going in road or over border.
Green doesn't all respawn on escape.
MiB is invincible the first 2 seconds of spawn.
